Academic Coach in 14+ Fixed term contract until 31st Juy 2026

Working Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Salary: £26,139
Annual Leave: 31 days per annum (excluding bank holidays and up to 3 additional discretionary days over the Christmas/New Year period)
As our Academic Coach, you will provide academic and or technical training to students to support achievement within the technical qualification of their programme. Through classroom and or workshop training you will aim to develop, improve and consolidate learning.
The post holder will support the achievement of students through the development of practical and academic skills to include support for student learning activities in workshops, one to one and classrooms situations; provide teaching support on projects and assignments set by teachers; provide high quality resource management including specialist equipment; monitor and support students on work experience. Contribute to the college’s vision to become outstanding.
