£41,296 per annum
42 days annual leave + bank holidays + Christmas closure
We are seeking an exceptional Quality Manager to play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of teaching, learning, and assessment across the College. Reporting to the Assistant Principal Quality, you will support, challenge, and coach teaching staff, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring the very highest standards for learners.
This is a highly influential role for an experienced education professional who is passionate about quality, professional development, and learner success. You will work closely with curriculum leaders and wider stakeholders to ensure our quality assurance processes are robust, impactful, and fully aligned with Ofsted expectations and regulatory requirements.
